Battlefield 4 Vorstellung auf der GDC Ende März möglich

Es sieht danach aus, dass EA auf der Game Developers Conference Ende März in San Francisco Battlefield 4 vorstellen könnte. Der Publisher hat einige Einladungen verschickt, in den geraten wird, sich das Datum freizuhalten und bewirbt eine Veranstaltung am 26. März in einem Kino.

Die Einladung könnt ihr hier sehen. Die Farbpalette ähnelt der von Battlefield 3. EA hat im letzten Jahr Medal of Honor: Warfighter und 2011 Battlefield 3 auf der GDC vorgestellt, sodass eine Präsentation von Battlefield 4 quasi die Fortsetzung einer jungen Tradition wäre.

Am 26. März 2013 wird Battlefield 4 offiziell für PC, Playstation 4, Xbox 720 und alle aktuellen Konsolen auf der GDC vorgestellt. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde ein erstes Werbebild und ein Mini-Videoclip veröffentlicht. Nun will ein Insider vom Chiphell-Forum weitere Details zum neuen Battlefield-Shooter erfahren haben.

Laut seiner Aussage wird Battlefield 4 auf einer Frostbite 2.5 Engine laufen, die auch dynamische Wettereffekte wie Sandstürme, Unwetter oder Nebel umsetzen wird. Dazu soll auch die Zerstörung noch größer werden und dank „Destruction 4.0 System“ alles in Einzelteile zerlegt werden können.

Battlefield 4 soll im Jahre 2020 spielen und kaum von der Gegenwart abweichen. Für das Durchspielen der Kampagne sollen fünf bis sechs Stunden nötig sein.

Entwickelt wird Battlefield 4 wie immer auf dem PC. Doch auch auf der Playstation 4 und der Xbox 720 soll das Spiel bei einer 720p Auflösung mit konstanten 60 Frames pro Sekunde laufen.

Die Maps im Multiplayer werden auf dem PC und den Next-Gen-Konsolen gleich groß bleiben. Auf den aktuellen Konsolen wie Xbox 360 und Playstation 3 wird das alles wieder ein wenig abgespeckt. Die Multiplayerkarten werden verkleinert und es treten wieder nur 24 Spieler anstatt 64 online gegeneinander an.

Battlefield 4 soll dabei auf allen System mit derselben Anzahl an Karten ausgeliefert werden, wie es auch schon bei Battlefield 3 der Fall war. Einziger Unterschied ist, dass mehr neue Maps für "Close Quarter Infanterie" dabei sein sollen. Sogar chinesische Mehrspielerkarten wie Diaoyu Island, Tiananmen, Shanghai Bund und Xizhimen sind mit dabei.

Weiter will DICE die Anzahl der Spielmodi vergrößern, die Dog-Fights härter gestalten und selbst der Commander-Modus aus Battlefield 2 soll in einer neuen Form in Battlefield 4 integriert werden.

Zu den Fraktionen zählen angeblich Russland, China und die USA. Mikrotransaktionen soll es ebenfalls geben, genauso wie den Premium Service und neue Statistiken und vieles mehr über Battlelog. Natürlich dürfen DLCs in der Planung nicht fehlen.

Klingt interessant oder? Am 26. März 2013 wird EA dann endlich das Geheimnis um Battlefield 4 lüften. Damit ihr keine News mehr zum Ego-Shooter verpasst, solltet ihr unbedingt den Gametracker aktivieren.

Aha, klingt alles wieder stark nach Schall und Rauch. BC2 hatte definitiv die bessere destruction und die Lichteffekte von der Sonne bzw dem "manchmal erscheinenden Rauch" in BF3 geht einem übelst auf die Eier. Manchmal ist weniger eben doch mehr.

Wie bei BF3 viel heisse luft um "fast" nix,ich warte erstmal ab wie die neue konsole wird dann wird entschieden auf welchen system ich BF4 überhaupt zogge.

ja.. immer diese scheiss erwartungen und dann is alles anders und man hört nur noch wieso is das so, wieso haben sie das nich gemacht, scheiss drecksvolk, ich brauch nur noch eine aussage, nämlich bf4 is heute draussen und dann mach ich mir nen eindruck, aber das schafft man ja wieder nich, naja dann zerreißen wir uns mal die mäuler und jammern später rum... is halt so!

Ach wat Jungs...habt vertrauen in der neuen Konsole und BF4...ich mach mir jedenfalls wie immer gerne vorher die Eier heiß und bin gespannt was Sie Ende März präsentieren!!!

Naja ich hab jetzt eine weile BF3 auf dem pc gezoggt,mit 64 leuten in bei CQ es NICHT mehr möglich egal auf welcher Karte aus der Base zu kommen,wenn man zurück gedrängt wurde!
